Editing Dimensions

The dimensions in 3D can be selected. Dimensions will only show length properties of the Vehicle Component. Properties such as mass are edited through the property panel on the Right Hand Side.

Hovering over the number will show the name of the dimension. This will match the property on the Property Panel

Click on the Dimension to edit the text.

You can also use the arrow on the Dimension to reposition it if it is hard to read / blocked by meshes.

This input can read basic arithmetic as well as changing units, e.g.

Input: 3 + 5, Output: 8
Input: 4500 mm while units are set to metres, Output: 4.5 m

Note: Adding different units is not supported yet

If you would like to see a Dimension while a component is not selected. All dimensions can be toggled in the right panel here as well as which 3D plane it is visible on.

Note: These settings are not saved and will disappear after a refresh.
